1983 Chaparral 198 XLC
Inland Hopper was purchased in April 2020, one month into the Covid-19 Pandemic. She is a 1983 Chaparral 198 XLC, fully restored in 2014-2015. She is powered by a 5.7 liter, 350 horsepower Mercruiser Marine Engine. Her restoration included a new engine and lower unit, new vinyl, teak restoration and various other modern amenities.
River hopper
1985 15' Carolina Boat
River Hopper was purchased in November 2020 in Edenton, North Carolina. She is a 1985 15' Carolina Boat built in Lumberton, North Carolina. She is powered by a 2021, 15 horsepower Yamaha outboard. In 2021, her hull was repainted and her interior was sealed with Jamestown Total Boat - 2-Part Epoxy.
Penn yann
1961 18' Magellan
The Penn Yann was purchased during the annual 2021 Antique Boat Museum Show & Auction in Clayton, NY. She is currently stored at Boathouse Marine in Clayton, NY. She is powered by a 1979 70 horsepower Johnson outboard. She resides year round in upstate New York and is Colin & Michelle's primary mode of transportation in the 1000 Islands.
"OLD" red boat
1928 Old Town Sea Model
"Old" Red Boat is a 1928 Old Town Canoe "Sea Model" (AA Grade) and the oldest boat in the fleet. She was originally purchased by Herbert Sherman (Colin's Great-Great-Grandfather) in Watertown, New York in 1928. She has been a member of the family ever since. For the last several decades she has been housed in Newark, Delaware in the care and possession of John Sherman (Colin's Great-Uncle). She is powered by a 5.5 HP 1963 Johnson outboard.
